运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法，在分析探讨伦敦体育产业发展概况的基础上，挖掘总结伦敦体育产业发展重要措施及成功经验，结合上海体育产业发展实际情况，得到如下启示：积极培育体育文化，推动体育消费；丰富体育基础设施，拓宽参与渠道；鼓励多元资本投入，扩大群众参与；申办国际重大赛事，完善赛事体系；构建现代市场体系，激发市场活力；明确政府服务职能，促进产业发展。

英文摘要:

Employing the methods of literature review and logical analysis, this paper first analyzed the development of sports industry in London, explored the important measures and successful experience of sports industry development in London, and then put forward the following suggestions according to the present situation of Shanghai sports industry: Actively cultivate sports culture and promote sports consumption, enrich sports infrastructure and broaden participation channels, encourage diversified capital investment and expand public participation, bid for major international events and improve the tournament system, construct a modern market system to activate the market, clarify the government service function, and promote industry development.
