      伴随着苏州市经济的稳步提升,加之人民对美好生活的需求更多地从物质向精神方向转变,人们愿意花费更多的时间参与到体育活动之中,在这一需求的驱动下,苏州市成为全省第一、全国前十的体育社会组织高速发展的城市。在苏州市体育社会组织数量增长的背后,体育社会组织的质量、地位以及群众认可度等涉及组织公信力评价的指标是否满足了人们的需求,值得探讨。通过文献资料法等,总结了当前苏州市体育社会组织公信力发展的现状,分析了苏州市体育社会组织发展中制约公信力提升的现实困境,得出苏州市体育社会组织在公信力建设中存在内部建设意识淡薄、专业人才和会员数量发展失衡、承接项目服务意识缺失、接受监管与评估中表现消极等现实问题。提出:完善组织内部建设与职能定位,优化专业人才供给与组织会员扩充,提升服务意识与理念,强调监管流程、重视等级评估,力求政府、组织、公民三者互信关系的深入发展。

      With the steady improvement of economy in Suzhou and people's need for a better life changing from material to spiritual, people are willing to spend more time on sports activities. Driven by this demand, Suzhou, with high-speed development of social sports organizations, has become the No. 1 city in the province and ranked among the top ten in China. With the increasing number of social sports organizations in Suzhou, it is worthwhile to explore if the credibility assessment indicators of the social sports organizations, such as quality, status, and public recognition, meet the need of the people. Based on a literature review, this paper summarized the status quo of the development of the social sports organization credibility in Suzhou, analyzed the predicament of promoting social sports organization credibility, and concluded that there exist the following problems in developing the social sports organization credibility: little awareness of internal construction, imbalance in the number of professionals and members, lack of service awareness in undertaking projects, being reluctant to accept supervision and evaluation. Therefore, it is proposed that the internal construction and function orientation of the organizations should be improved, the supply of professional talents and the expansion of organization members should be optimized, the service awareness and concept should be enhanced, the supervision and evaluation should be emphasized, and the mutual trust among the government, the organization and the citizens should be established.
