采用数理统计、文献研究以及逻辑分析等方法，基于培养理念、管理体系和竞赛体系3个维度，分析了美国篮球后备人才高中阶段的培养模式；在协调治理理论的视域下，探寻了家庭、青少年体育社会组织、政府、企业等主体的关系和协作机制。得出：美国高水平篮球后备人才的持续涌现得益于社会体育意识所提供的内驱动力、青少年体育社会组织的有效承载、政府合理的政策供给以及企业的积极参与。美国篮球后备人才高中阶段培养模式对我国的启示：(1)夯实校园篮球基础，推进体教融合的深化发展；(2)激发青少年体育社会组织的活力，释放其功能，寻求组织间功能的弥合；(3)增强青少年体育协会法制供给和内部制度建设，规范组织运行机制；(4)注重家庭体育文化的培育，提高全社会对体育价值的认同。

英文摘要:

This paper explores the relationship and cooperation mechanism of different subjects such as families, youth social sports organizations, government, enterprises and others from the perspective of coordinated governance theory. It analyzes the training mode of American basketball reserve talents in high school from three dimensions: training concept, management system and competition system by mathematical statistics, literature research and logical analysis. The research shows that the continuous emergence of high-level basketball reserve talents in the American benefits from the internal driving force provided by social sports awareness, the effective carrying of youth sports organizations, the government's reasonable policy supply and the active participation of enterprises. The enlightenment to our country include: (1) to consolidate the foundation of campus basketball and promote the deepening development of "integration of sports and education"; (2) to stimulate the vitality of youth sports social organizations to release their functions, and seek to bridge the functions between organizations; (3) to strengthen the legal supply and internal system construction of youth sports associations, and standardize the organization and operation mechanism; (4) to pay attention to the cultivation of family sports culture, and improve the recognition of sports value in the whole society.
