| The paper reviews the four stages of the after-school sports training development in Shanghai middle and primary schools in the past 60 years. It elaborates on the major achievements in the aspects of sports performance, reserved talents selected by high-level teams and sports clubs for the youngsters in the past 60 years. It also analyzes the general development characteristics of the after-school sports training in Shanghai middle and primary schools during that period. |
