从上海市社区特奥运动的开展现状入手，采用数理统计法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等研究方法，通过对影响上海市各社区开展特奥运动的因素进行因子分析研究，探索影响上海市开展城市社区特奥运动的主要因素，针对具体问题分析和研究适合特奥运动发展、有利于实现特殊奥林匹克运动目标的途径和对策。

Based on the status quo of the development of the Special Olympic Sports in Shanghai communities, the paper makes an analysis on the factors affecting the development by the methods of statistics, questionnaire and interview. It aims to find out the main factors and the ways for the development of Special Olympic Sports.
