      在调查研究的基础上，主要采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法，分析高校体育协会等社团组织的功能、管理目标、管理模式等现状现状，并对其存在不足和前景提出建议。
英文摘要:
      By the methods of literature study, questionnaire and interview, the paper analyzes the function, managerial target and management models of undergraduate sports associations. It also points out the deficiencies and prospects of the associations.
