The article introduces the work of the research group during the preparations of Chinese Badminton Team for the Olympics. They studied the badminton technical and tactical theories and training methods, analyzed the technical and tactical characteristics of the main foreign rivals and worked out the training and competition programs with the coaches. They rendered great support to Chinese Badminton Team during their preparations for the Olympics and significant achievements have been made.
