《全民健身条例》背景下,城市体育服务体系应主动进行变革,回应《全民健身条例》提出的要求。城市体育服务应以体育公共服务体系建设为主,在目标上采用均等化发展思路,在体制上采用专业化管理模式,在机制上采用社会化参与形式,在方法上采用科技化服务手段,进一步提高城市体育服务的效率和满意度。

英文摘要:

With the background of the Regulation of Fitness for All,changes should be made on the urban sports service system so as to meet the requirements of the Regulation.Based on the construction of sports public service system,urban sports service should adopt the concept of equalization development,the model of professional management,the form of socialized participation and the means of techonology service so as to improve the efficiency and satisfaction degree of the urban sports service.
