主要采用文献资料法、访谈法和实地考察法,对我国经营性体育场所的现状进行了调研,分析目前存在的问题和困难,并提出解决对策和建议:明确经营性体育场所的准公益性定位;对经营性体育场所进行分类管理;鼓励非公有资本投资;对经营性体育场所给予一定的经济优惠政策。

英文摘要:

By the methods of literature study,interview and on-the-spot survey,the author made an investigation of the status quo of the business sports facilities in China.The paper analyses the existing problems and difficulties and sets forth some countermeasures and suggestions.It clearly defines the quasipublic welfare attribute of the business sports facilities.It suggests implementing classification management of the business sports facilities,encouraging non-public capital investment and offering some preferential policies to the business sports facilities.
