运用文献资料和逻辑推理等方法研究发现,上海在都市文化建设中存在传统文化的缺失。武术文化与上海都市文化建设具有契合性,它在上海都市文化建设中的战略选择在于推进中华武术科学化和国际化发展,以传承和弘扬中华民族传统文化、营造社会发展条件、构建和谐社会为目的,将武术文化推广到社会,塑造上海传统与现代相辅相成的个性化都市文化。在战略实施中应当得到政府的政策引导、完善基础设施、建设典型的武术文化载体、重视武术人才的培养、做好武术文化与其他都市文化的协调发展、做好武术文化的创新工作。

英文摘要:

By the methods of literature study and logic reasoning,a study reveals that the traditional culture is missing in the course of Shanghai urban cultural development.Wushu culture is closely linked with the development of Shanghai urban culture.Its strategic choice lies in promoting the scientific and international development of Chinese wushu.With the aim of expanding the Chinese national traditional culture, creating social development conditions and forming a harmonious society,wushu culture will be spread to the society so as to form personalized urban culture in Shanghai,which combines tradition with modernity.In this strategic implement,government’s policy guidance,perfection of infrastructure,forming typical wushu culture carrier,paying attention to the cultivation of wushu talents,coordinating the development of wushu culture with other urban culture and laying stress on the innovation of wushu culture are indispensable.
