以我国运动员人力资本产权为分析对象，运用产权理论、人力资本理论，通过对中美运动员培养机制对比分析，找出我国现阶段运动员人力资本产权中存在的问题，并提出改进意见。

Taking human capital property rights as the object for analysis, the paper makes a comparison between the athlete training mechanisms of China and United States, using the theories of property rights and human capital. It aims to find out the existing problems in athlete human capital property rights at the present stage and sets forward some suggestions.
