主要采用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法，探讨了我国涉及职业体育俱乐部“欠薪”问题的相关法律规定，且对规制职业体育俱乐部欠薪的法律缺失进行了分析，并提出了治理我国职业体育欠薪问题的相关措施。

英文摘要:

By the methods of literature study and logic analysis, the article discusses the relative legal regulations on the back-pay of some Chinese sports clubs and points out the legal deficiencies for the back-pay of professional sports clubs. It puts forward some measures for solving the problem of back-pay in the field of Chinese professional sports.
