采用文献资料法、专家访问法、问卷调查法、现场调查法以及数理统计法，阐述了岭南地区休闲体育教育的意义、需求以及现状，分析了岭南地区休闲体育教育的特点及存在的问题，并提出岭南地区休闲体育教育的目标、任务以及实现途径。

Adopting the ways of literature study, expert interview, questionnaire, on-the-spot investigation and statistics, the paper expounds the significance, requirements and status of leisure sports education in Lingnan area. It discusses the characteristics of the leisure sports education in Lingnan area and the existing problems. It stresses the target and task of the leisure sports education in Lingnan area and the way to realization.
