运用文献资料、比较分析、归纳综合等研究方法，对日本小学体育学习指导要领进行了分析，明确了日本小学体育学习指导要领的修订方针、体育课程目标与内容及其改订要点、体育课程计划的制定与实施等一系列规章法规，并指出日本小学体育学习指导要领的制定和实施对我国的启示。

英文摘要:

By the methods of document consultation, comparison and summarization, the article focuses on the Essentials of PE Learning Instruction in Japan's primary schools. It elaborates on a series of rules and regulations, such as the amendment policy of the Essentials, the PE curriculum targets, contents and the main points of amendment, the planning and implementation of PE curriculum, etc. It points out the revelation of the planning and implementation of the Essentials to China.
