中文摘要:

主要运用文献资料法、实验法、访谈法、数理统计法，对上海财经大学2010级网球选修课的4个班学生进行传统网球教学法和快易网球教学法的比较实验研究，结果表明，快易网球教学法可以大大提高学生的学习积极性，作为高校网球课程入门的辅助教学方法，能有效提高课堂教学效果，并提出高校开展快易网球课程应注意的问题。

英文摘要:

By the methods of literature study, experiment, interview and statistics, the author made an experimental comparison between the traditional tennis teaching method and play-and-stay teaching method in the optional course, using four classes of 2010 grade students of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics as the subjects. The result shows that play-and-stay teaching method may greatly improve students' enthusiasm in learning. As an auxiliary teaching method for the tennis-learning beginners in universities, it may effectively improve teaching results. The article sets forth some questions that need the attention in applying play-and-stay teaching method to tennis course in universities.
