历时两天的2012年中国法学会体育法学研究会于7月在上海政法学院召开。学术研讨会以“新型体育关系的法律调整”为主题，内容丰富，形式多样，气氛热烈。共征集论文70余篇，选择了46篇文章汇编成论文集，1篇文章做大会发言，16篇文章分4组进行小组发言。讨论主题涉及司法介入体育、体育法律规范适用、职业体育、体育法基本理论等。

英文摘要:

The Annual Meeting & Academic Symposium 2012 of the Sports Law Society of China Law Society, which lasted for two days, was held in Shanghai Institute of Politics and Law in July this year. The symposium, with a theme of "Legal Adjustment of the New-Type Sports Relations", was rich in content, various in forms and full of warm atmosphere. Around 70 articles were chosen for the symposium, among which 46 were compiled into symposium proceedings, 1 was presented at the meeting and 16 were presented in 4 groups. The themes discussed at the symposium included judicature getting involved in sports, application of sports law, professional sports, basic theories of sports law, etc.
