国际体育仲裁与国际商事仲裁统一在仲裁的基本理念和制度的框架之下，它们之间存在着共性，也存在着显著的差异。国际体育仲裁院已经成为致力于解决国际体育争议的核心主体，该仲裁机制在仲裁协议的达成、仲裁的基本程序、实体法和程序法的适用、仲裁裁决的撤销以及承认执行方面都显现出极具体育特性的变化。

英文摘要:

International sport arbitration and commercial arbitration are unified under the basic concept and system. They have common characters as well as substantial differences. CAS has become the main body for settling international sport disputes. Its arbitration system features strong sport specialty in the assignment of arbitration agreement, the basic procedure of arbitration, application of substantial law and procedural law, award revocation as well as the recognition and enforcement of arbitration awards.
