基于职业体育市场准入监管有效规范职业体育俱乐部建设，促进职业体育市场的快速发展，运用文献资料法、专家访谈法与逻辑分析法等研究方法，对职业体育市场准入监管进行了研究。研究认为：我国职业体育市场准入监管需要强化协调管理机制、应急处理机制、申诉受理机制、监督检查机制和信息披露机制的协作；还须加强联赛监管制度建设并对职业体育俱乐部主要活动进行监管；进一步加强我国职业体育市场运营动态监管机制监管力度，形成准入机制监管、运营动态监管机制和退出机制监管“三环紧扣”式的系统监管，有利于规范我国职业体育市场的健康发展。

英文摘要:

By the methods of literature study, expert interview and logic analysis, the article discusses the market access of professional sports. The result shows that the administration mechanism, emergency response mechanism, appeal reception mechanism, supervision and inspection mechanism and information revelation mechanism of the market access supervision need to be strengthened and coordinated. The construction of League supervision system should be strengthened and the main activities of the professional sports clubs should be supervised. The regulation of the supervision system for the market operation of China's professional sports should be further improved so as to form a three-ring systematic supervision which combines an access supervision system, operation supervision system and the supervision of exit mechanism. Thus the professional sports market in China will be able to develop healthily.
