主要运用文献资料法、比较分析法、案例分析法等研究方法，结合劳动法学理论与体育产业理论，对西方职业体育集体谈判制度进行介绍和论述，找出我国目前职业体育发展现状及构建集体谈判制度时存在的问题，并提出了完善我国职业体育集体谈判制度的建议和构想。

英文摘要:

By the methods of literature study, comparison and case analysis and in line with the labor law theory and sports industry theory, the paper introduces the professional sports collective negotiation in the West. It discusses the status quo of the professional sports development in China and the existing problems in forming a collective negotiation system and puts forward the suggestions on improving the professional sports collective negotiation system in China.
