党的十八届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》提出的“创新社会治理体制”对社会体育事业的发展将产生深远的影响。文章通过分析“创新社会治理体制”的内涵，提出社会体育事业需要从理念和管理模式上进行创新，对社会体育转变社会治理方式的“坚持系统治理、坚持依法治理、坚持综合治理、坚持源头治理”途径进行了详细的分析，并提出建议。

英文摘要:

The “innovation of social management system” put forward by CPC Central Committee will make a far-reaching impact on the development of social sports. By analyzing the content of “innovation of social management system”, the paper concludes that social sports need innovation on concept and management model. It details the way of insisting on systematic management, insisting on the governance according to the law, insisting on comprehensive management and insisting on controlling the source for changing the social management system for social sports. Suggestions are put forward.
