社会各界从不同视角对恒大现象进行了分析，将恒大足球俱乐部的成功主要归因在资金投入、人员配备和严格管理3个方面。研究认为分析“恒大现象”不仅要看到表面的要素投入，而且要追溯要素的来源。除此之外，恒大足球俱乐部作为个案代表了我国职业体育俱乐部隶属于企业集团的普遍现象，处理好俱乐部和企业的关系更具借鉴意义。因此，文章从公司治理的视角对职业足球俱乐部运作进行探讨。

英文摘要:

Analyses of Hengda Phenomenon have been made by people of all walks of life. The success of the Hengda Football Club is mainly attributed to the capital investment, staffing and strict management. The result of the study reveals that the analysis of Hengda Phenomenon does not only suggests the input of the superficial elements, but also the resources of the elements. Besides, Hengda stands for a universal phenomenon of the professional sports clubs affiliated to enterprises. It is meaningful to establish good relationship between the club and the enterprise. Therefore, the article focuses on the operation of the professional football clubs from the aspect of corporate governance.
