采用文献资料法、实地调查法对“撤点并校”学校体育场地进行服务于农村全民健身的分析。研究发现：被撤并学校体育场地存量丰富，具有服务于农村全民健身的资源优势；但现实中普遍存在撤并学校资产被出售出租、闲置废弃、占用挪用的现象；为实现“撤点并校”学校体育场地服务于农村全民健身的目的，需要解决资源归属争议、资金短缺及管理问题。文章进一步给出相应对策，以期促进农村全民健身的不断发展。

英文摘要:

The paper uses the methods of documentation and on-the-spot investigation to study the situation of using merged schools’ sports facilities for rural people’s fitness. The result indicates that the merged schools have the resource advantages of using their sports facilities for rural people’s fitness. Yet in fact, there is a common phenomenon of the school assets being sold, rented, discarded or embezzled. In order to reach the target of using merged schools’ sports facilities for rural people’s fitness, it is necessary to solve the existing problems of resources ownership dispute, fund shortage and management. The paper makes some suggestions for furthering the development of the rural people’s fitness activities.
