在过去的几十年里，台湾地区软式网球队在一些国际赛场上都有不俗表现，原因之一就是台湾软式网球代表队有公正、公平、公开、制度化以及常态化的选拔制度。通过专家访谈法、文献资料法、实地调查法，从建立背景、内容、实施前提以及特点等4个方面对这种选拔制度进行了详细的分析。

英文摘要:

In the past several decades, Taiwan soft tennis players have achieved great success in the international games. The system in Taiwan for selecting players is based on the principles of fairness, impartiality, openness, institutionalization and normalization. It is one of the most important causes for the success. By the ways of expert interview, literature study and investigation, the paper makes a detailed analysis of the system from the four aspects of the background, content, precondition of implementation and characteristics.
