通过运用文献资料法、对比分析等方法，以上海市政府购买体育公共服务的模式为研究对象。分析现有购买模式，评价公共服务现状，总结购买体育公共服务取得的成效，探索上海市政府购买体育公共服务可行模式，并给出实现上海市政府购买体育公共服务契约化模式的对策。

英文摘要:

By the methods of literature study and comparative analysis and taking the model of Shanghai Municipal Government’s purchasing sports public service as the research subject, the article analyzes the present purchasing model, discusses the status of the public services, summarizes the results of purchasing sports public service and explores the feasible model of purchasing sports public service by Shanghai Municipal Government. Suggestions are put forward for realizing the leasing mode of purchasing sports public service by Shanghai Municipal Government.
