本文选择上海市静安区青少年体育公共服务体系为研究对象，运用文献资料法等，阐述青少年体育公共服务体系概念界定，总结青少年体育公共服务体系的特点，以及静安区青少年体育工作与公共服务体系的良性互动，从理论与实践两个角度探寻促进静安区青少年体育健康发展，建设青少年体育公共服务体系的新路径。

英文摘要:

Selecting the junior sport public service system of Jing’an District as the subject and by the method of literature study, the paper elaborates on the concept definition of junior sport public service system and sums up the characteristics of the system. It also introduces the positive interaction between the junior sport work of Jing’an District and the public service system. It tries to discover the way of enhancing the healthy development of junior sports in Jing’an District from the aspects of theory and practice and a new path of constructing a junior sport public service system.
