国际足联危机性案件呈现了国际体育组织自治权存在的结构性危机。为了更好地把握全球化时代中的体育外交关系、推进体育社会组织改革，主要从国际足联自治权使用、国际足联决策程序的合法性问题、美国的对外政策立场等视角对国际足联危机性案件进行延伸论证，并对国际足联的进一步善治改革等趋势进行预测和探讨。

英文摘要:

The crisis cases of FIFA show the structural crisis concerning the autonomous rights within the international sports organizations. In order to better understand the sports diplomacy relations in an era of globalization and improve the reform of sports social organizations, the paper makes an extended demonstration of the FIFA crisis cases from the aspects of the use of FIFA autonomous rights, the legitimacy of FIFA's decision- making process and the foreign policy positions of the USA. It also predicts and discusses the further reforms of FIFA governance.
