| 为了解我国农民工的体育参与现状及其制约因素，主要采用问卷调查法，以上海市农民工为例，从身体健康状况、闲暇时间安排、对健身功能的认识、体育参与形式和项目、城市体育融入、体育消费等方面了解农民工的体育参与情况，探析了其制约因素，并进一步提出促进我国农民工体育参与的对策建议。 |

| By the method of questionnaire and taking the city of Shanghai as an example, the article explores the sports participation of the migrant workers and the constraints in this regard. It analyzes their physical fitness status, part-time arrangement, awareness of fitness function, the forms and items of sports participation, integration into urban sports and sports consumption. It puts forward some suggestions in order to enhance the Chinese migrant workers’ participation in sports. |
