Based on phonology, word formation, archaeology, history and folklore, the paper analyzes the original name and characteristics of "Zhuang" in Zhuang Gong from the perspective of martial arts anthropology. The conclusion is that the original meaning of "Zhuang" indicates the spinning and dance of wizard, which can be represented by the symbol "卍". The rhymes of "Zhuang" are "uo, uan, uang, ong, etc.". The consonants of "Zhuang" are "z, c, s, zh, ch and sh". "Zhuang" is also a phonogram of the verbs like "卓(zhuo), 蹉(cuo), 傞(suo), 蹲(chun), 桩(zhuang), 戳(chuo), 串(chuan)". It was used to depict the thunder-like voice of wizard. Originally, the word of "Zhuang" does not mean wooden stake. The essential nature of the word "Zhuang" means psychosomatic fusion.
