数字化是人类文明演化至信息技术时代的新形态和新成果。伴随着技术的不断升级，数字化体育的形态也日益丰富和多样，改变着人们认识和践行体育的方式。5G促进数字化体育发展的价值维度表现在：引导个人成为更加敏捷的体育学习者，推动组织成为更加敏锐的体育促进者，助力政府成为更加有效的体育服务者。在遵循技术发展趋势的前提下，5G时代数字化体育可应用于重大赛事、公众日常健身和运动健康促进等场景之中，未来数字化体育发展将见证视频化体育资讯的立体化拓展、数字化体育生态的循序构建和智慧化体育生活的逐步涌现。

英文摘要:

Digitization is a new form and achievement of human civilization evolving into the age of information technology. The forms of digital sports are increasingly rich and diverse, changing the way people understand and practice sports with the continuous upgrading of technology. The value dimensions of 5G promoting the development of digital sports are shown in guiding individuals to become more agile sports learners, promoting organizations to become more acute sports promoters, and helping the government to become more effective sports service providers. Under the premise of following the development trend of technology, digital sports in the 5G era can be applied to scenes of major events, public daily fitness, and sports health promotion scenes. In the future, the development of digital sports will witness the three-dimensional expansion of video-based sports information, the sequential construction of digital sports ecology and the gradual emergence of intelligent sports life.
