采用文献资料、案例分析等方法，以2002年韩日世界杯日本球场为例，分析其赛后远离“白象”、高效利用情况，发现：2002年韩日世界杯日本球场的规划设计合理，运营管理科学，赛后利用高效。通过分析札幌穹顶体育场和茨城鹿岛足球场，得出2002年韩日世界杯日本球场形成职业俱乐部长期入驻、功能复合设计、实施指定管理者制度、开展特色服务以及设计智能球场等主要赛后利用经验。基于此，提出对于我国球场运营的启示：加快发展职业联赛，吸引俱乐部长期入驻；采用复合模式，倡导功能兼容；实施两权分离，强化运营导向；引入特色服务，提升用户黏性；实施智能改造，提高用户体验等。

英文摘要:

This paper analyzes the situation of keeping away from "white elephant" and efficiently utilization after game by taking the 2002 World Cup stadium in Japan as an example with the methods of literature review, case analysis and so on. It finds that the relevant stadiums of the 2002 World Cup in Japan have reasonable planning and designing, scientific operation and efficient postgame utilization. It concludes that the World Cup stadiums in Japan have formed the main postgame utilization experiences such as long-term occupation of professional clubs, functional compound design, implementation of designated manager system, development of characteristic services and design of intelligent stadiums through detailed cases study of Sapporo Dome and Kashima Soccer Stadium. It puts forward that Chinese stadiums should accelerate the development of professional leagues and attract clubs to settle in for a long time, design compound mode to advocate function compatibility, implement the separation of the two rights and strengthen the operation orientation, introduce special services to improve user stickiness, implement intelligent transformation to improve user experience and so on.
