体育已经成为中华民族伟大复兴的标志性事业。围绕这一时代背景，2022年9月2日，2022世界人工智能大会首场智慧体育高峰论坛活动在上海举办。论坛以“让人工智能成为助推体育发展的‘新引擎’”为主题，从理论与实践的角度，分析了人工智能(AI)赋能体育在全民健身、竞技体育、体育产业领域的价值，讲述了AI赋能体育的应用与实践案例，并对“AI+体育”的发展策略进行展望。认为：应当加强顶层设计，积极为“AI+体育”提供政策支持引导；提升人才质量，重视“AI+体育”复合人才培养，强化智力支撑；加速企业自主创新脚步，保持“AI+体育”可持续发展，加强数据使用规范；规避伦理风险，完善“AI+体育”行业的伦理规范，保证行业合规性。

英文摘要:

Sports has become a symbol of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. September 2, 2022 World Artificial Intelligence Conference, International Forum for Artificial Intelligence in Sport was held in Shanghai. The theme of the forum is "Let AI become a 'new engine' to boost sports deve-lopment". Combining theory with practice, this paper analyzes the value of "AI + sports" in the fields of national fitness, competitive sports, sports industry, discusses the application and practical cases of "AI + sports", predicts on the trend and prospect of "AI + Sports" development, and finally puts forward the following proposals: to strengthen the top-level design and get ready for policy support and guidancefor "AI + sports"; to improve the quality of talents and emphasize the training of "AI+ sports" interdisci- plinary talents so as to enhance the intellectual support; to accelerate the pace of enterprise independent innovation and maintain the sustainable development of "AI+ sports" and the security of data use; to avoid ethical risks, to modify the ethics of "AI + sports" industry and ensure its compliance.
