运用文献资料法和调查法，在对上海民间体育旅游资源开发现状分析的基础上，提出开发上海民间体育旅游资源的现实价值，并就上海民间体育旅游资源的开发，提供实施路径与对策建议。

By the methods of literature study and investigation, the paper discusses the real value of developing Shanghai folk sports tourism resources based on the status quo of the resources development in Shanghai. It suggests the ways of implementation in view of the development strategy of Shanghai folk sports tourism resources.
