主要通过问卷调查法和文献资料法对上海市普陀区的社会体育指导员的性别、数量、年龄、结构等基本状况，管理与培训等现状进行调查。发现上海市社会体育指导员还存在着一些问题，针对这些不足提出对策建议。

英文摘要:

By the methods of questionnaire and document consultation, the author surveyed the gender, quantity and age of the social sports instructors in Putuo District as well as the status quo of the management and training. The result reveals the existing problems and the article puts forward some suggestions in order to solve these problems.
