By the ways of documentation, interview, questionnaire, expert evaluation and analytic hierarchy process, the article analyzes the operation mode of private sports club websites. It tries to establish an index system for evaluation according to the influencing factors of the operation mode of private sports club websites. It puts forward some measures for solving the existing problems and optimizing the operation mode of private sports club websites.
