国际体育仲裁院《体育仲裁条例》经过25年的发展，经历了多次修订，已日趋成熟和完善。体育发展的现实需求是其演进的基础，典型案件是其发展的重要推动力。《体育仲裁条例》的发展演进，体现了国际体育仲裁院不断增强独立性和公正性，提升仲裁效率，增加透明度，加强平等保护和强化管辖权的发展原则；展现了国际体育仲裁院在实践中不断发展和完善自身机制和规则，并逐渐成为国际体育争议解决权威机构的发展路径。

英文摘要:

For the last 25 years, the CAS (the Court of Arbitration for Sport) Code of Sports-related Arbitration has undergone several revisions, and has become increasingly mature and perfect. The actual demands of sports development are the basis of its evolution, and the typical cases are the important driving force of its development. The development and evolution of the Code of Sports-related Arbitration reflects the CAS principles of promoting independence and impartiality, enhancing arbitration efficiency, increasing transparency, practising equal protection and strengthening jurisdiction. It also reflects the CAS development path to improving its system and rules in practice and to become an authoritative institution for international sports dispute settlement.
