      近年来,随着场地耐力自行车团体追逐项目成绩的不断刷新,促使人们对其背后的原因进行探索。对文献及相关报道进行分析与总结,发现目前比赛速度更快、齿轮比更大,最大化有氧与无氧能力以及强调力量训练是训练的核心,反向周期模型是主流的周期规划模型,高科技技术在空气动力学方面的研究进一步推动了运动成绩的提升。对比赛需求和趋势的深入分析、科学化探索以及据此更新的训练理念是推动场地耐力自行车项目成绩提升的主要因素。
英文摘要:
      The continuous improvement of Team Pursuit cycling performance in recent years has prompted further exploration and conclusion of its scientific training. A review of the literature and reports reveals that the current game speed is faster, and the gear ratio is larger, therefore, maximizing aerobic and anaerobic capacity and emphasizing strength training are the main training priorities and the reverse periodization model is the most popular one to be used. At the same time, the researches on aerodynamics of high-tech technology further promotes the improvement of cycling performance. In-depth analysis of the sport's competition needs and trends, scientific exploration, and updated training concepts are the main factors driving performance improvement in track endurance cycling.
