为了克服传统方法对俱乐部的绩效评价存在的种种弊端，将平衡记分卡应用到职业体育俱乐部绩效评价中，从财务，顾客，内部运营，学习与创新4个方面建立俱乐部的绩效评价指标，然后采用层次分析法对绩效进行评价，以实现职业体育俱乐部综合绩效评价。

英文摘要:

In order to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional methods in performance assessment of professional sports clubs, the article suggests to apply Balanced Score-Card and establish a series of assessment indices in the following four aspects: finance, customer, internal operation, learning & innovation. Then AHP can be applied to evaluate the performance of professional sports clubs.
