近二十年来,我国学生部分体能素质持续下降,引起了社会各界的广泛关注。发展体能是学校体育的基本目标,也是体育课程的基本目标,应当充分发挥不同体育课程形态的作用,遵循体能发展的规律与原理,从而有效地促进学生体能的发展。 |

In the past 20 years, some students' physical stamina has kept decreasing and this has aroused the concern of the people of all walks of life. To develop students' physical stamina is the basic object of school physical education and the basic object of PE curriculum as well. It suggests that we should bring the different forms of PE curriculum into full play, follow the law and principle of physical stamina development so as to accelerate the development of students' physical stamina effectively. |
