在分析构建和完善上海体育公共服务体系宏观背景的基础上，回顾了上海在加快建设公共体育场地设施、积极打造特色体育活动品牌、培育扶持民间社会体育组织、推进市民体质监测网络建设、加快建设社会体育指导员队伍、搭建市民体育健身信息平台等方面的实践探索和主要成绩，总结了上海体育公共服务体系建设的基本经验。

英文摘要:

On the basis of analyzing the macro-background of the construction and perfection of Shanghai sports public service system, the paper looks back to the practice and achievements of Shanghai in constructing public sports facilities, creating special sports activities, supporting the social sports organizations, accelerating the construction of citizens' fitness monitoring network, improving the level of social sports directors, establishing the information platform of the physical fitness of the citizens, etc. It sums up the principal experience of the construction of Shanghai sports public service system.
