改革开放的30年是上海体育改革创新、快速发展的30年。上海体育以满足人民群众日益增长的体育需求为出发点，以完善全民健身服务保障体系和提升竞技运动水平为主要路径，立足改革，锐意创新，逐步建立起彰显时代特征和上海特点的、与国际大都市相适应的一流上海体育。

英文摘要:

The past 30 years of reform and opening to the outside world was the reformatory, innovative and fast-developing 30 years for Shanghai sports, which aim at meeting the growing sports demand of the people and try every means to perfect the mass fitness service system and enhance the level of competitive sports. Based on reform and innovation, we have established first-rate sports in Shanghai, which features our age and the city of Shanghai, a world metropolis.
