14年的足球职业化改革取得了较大成果，但也暴露了很大的问题，负面报道充斥各种媒体，联赛参与主体之间出现了互不信任。造成这种现象的原因有文化的、社会的、历史的、制度的等方面，针对这些原因提出重建信任的措施。

英文摘要:

The 14-year reform of football professionalization has reached great achievements. Yet problems still exist. Negative reports are found in different media. Distrust exists between the main participating bodies of the League. The phenomenon is brought about by culture, society, history and system. The article sets forth some measures for rebuilding the confidence.
