将全球语境与中国话语的比较作为最基本的逻辑线索，从世界体系、现代化、全球资本、社会问题和个体化等5个角度对“体育强国”进行侧面剖析。认为对“体育强国”事业的认识必须建立在对全球背景和中国现实的整体把握这一基础上，从而全局性的地审视“体育强国”理念和发展道路。

英文摘要:

Using the basic logical clue of the comparison between the global speech circumstances and the speech right of China, the article analyzes Sports Power from the angles of world system, modernization, global capital, social problems and individualization. The recognition of Sports Power should be based on the global background and the reality in China. So the concept of Sports Power and the way of development should be viewed all-sidedly.
