运用文献资料、调查访问、比较等研究方法，对我国普通高校课外体育活动目标的现状与发展进行了分析，确定了我国普通高校课外体育活动的发展目标。为了完成我国普通高校课外体育活动发展目标，进一步提出了具体目标。

Using the methods of literature study, investigation and comparison, the article analyzes the status quo and development of the objectives of the extracurricular activities in China's universities. It puts forward the detailed development objectives of the university extracurricular activities.
