通过比较新旧评价方法、指导思想和构建的标准等方面，讨论了新课程理念下体育课评价体系的构建，研究了新形势下体育课评价体系具体的方式、方法及补考的评价方法。学生的考评实验表明新的体育课考试评价体系能更好的培养学生自我锻炼的能力和意识。

By comparing the old and new evaluation methods, guidlines and construction standards, the article discusses the detailed ways of the PE class evaluation system in the new situation and the evluation methods for make-up examination. The students' exam and evaluation experiments show that the new PE class evaluation system may better develop students' ability and awareness of self-exercise.
