采用文献资料方法对建国以来上海市学校体育教学思想和教学模式形成和发展进行了阐述，对不同时期的体育教学思想发展特征和教学模式应用中存在的问题进行了分析和归纳，提出了未来体育教学的模式研究、运用、创新和发展趋势。

By the method of document consultation, the article expounds the formation and development of the school PE teaching concepts and models in Shanghai since the founding of the People's republic of China, analyzes the development characteristics of the teaching concepts in different periods and the existing problems in the application of the teaching models and puts forward the research, application, innovation and development tendencies of the PE teaching in future.
