现代五项新规则制定后，监控跑射联项训练中运动员血乳酸、心率和射击命中率等指标，分析相关性有一定意义。心率监控运动员跑射联项结果提示男女运动员之间相同心率，其命中率和射击时间各不相同，因此不能用同样的心率作为评价标准。针对新规则建议训练中加强乳酸阈上训练，有利于运动员改善乳酸的消除能力。

英文摘要:

After the release of the new regulations of modern pentathlon, the author tried to monitor the athletes' indices of blood lactic acid, heart rate, target hit rate, etc., so as to analyze the correlation between the indices. The monitoring of athletes' heart rate in combined event of running and shooting reveals that heart rate, target hit rate and shooting time of the male and female athletes are different. So it is not possible to adopt the same heart rate evaluation standard. According to the new regulations, it is suggested that training above the lactate threshold should be strengthened so as to better athletes' ability of eliminating lactic acid.
