在总结上海女子体操队第十一届全运会成功经验的同时，发现其存在团体弱项太弱、训练方法及手段不够先进、训练监控过于简单、未能充分发挥老队员的积极作用等问题，提出了相应的对策，为其今后的训练提供理论参考和依据。

英文摘要:

While summarizing the successful experience of the Shanghai Women's Gymnastics Team in preparing for the 11th National Games, the authors discovered the weak items of the team events were too weak, the training methods were not so advanced, the monitoring in training was too simple and the active role of the veteran gymnasts had not been brought into full play. Relative solutions have been put forward so as to provide theoretical reference and basis for future training.
