Summing up the basic implications of international sport arbitration, the article analyzes the necessity of setting up a branch of the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Shanghai and discusses the legal obstacles of establishing a branch in Shanghai according to the differences between international sport arbitration and international commerce arbitration.
