Adopting laser velocimetry system, kinematic analysis system and multi-parameter synchronization trigger system, the author made a test in 100m training of 2 elite sprinters of Shanghai. The article makes a synchronized analysis of the kinematic parameters in the support phase of 100m running and the horizontal velocity of human body movement so as to reveal the speed variation law of sprinter's 100m running. The article discusses the relations between the variation of the different kinematic parameters and the speed of human body in the support phase of 100m running in order to provide data reference and theoretical basis for helping coaches and athletes improve speed and technical movements in running. |
