为了探讨区域教师进修院校如何以继续教育、终身教育的思想为引领，构建基于“关键教育事件”的体育教师教育的新型模式，主要采用文献资料法、问卷调查法，结合实际案例研究其实施途径和推进方式。

The paper tries to explore how the district teachers training colleges are guided by the concept of continuing education and lifelong education and forms a new model of PE teachers?education based on 搆ey educational events?by the methods of literature study and questionnaire. It discusses the ways for implementation and promotion based on the actual cases.
